The Dolcetto grapes hail from Veesart Vineyard in Shallowater, Texas, while the Pinot Noir is sourced from Burch Family Vineyards in Friona, Texas. The wine has a residual sugar content of 17.5 g/L, which adds a touch of sweetness, enhancing the fruit flavors and creating a pleasing, slightly off-dry finish.
