By providing this information and clicking the 'Join the Club' button below, I authorize Wedding Oak Winery to charge my credit card and declare that both I and the recipient are over 21 years of age.

Thank you for joining our Wine Club! We respect your privacy. No other organization will be granted access to your membership information. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. Any additional shipping and tax applicable will also be billed at the time of shipment. We do not charge any handling or packing fees.

I realize that in joining the Wine Club I am committed for the first five shipments and, if I cancel within that period, a fee of $50 will be billed to my card. Continued Membership requires I continue to purchase each year.
